Abstract

In this article, the author made some comments on some issues of circumstances precluding the criminality of the act in accordance with the criminal legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Also, this article examines the concept and features of the circumstances excluding the criminality of the act, analyzes the opinions of scientists. The relevant proposals and recommendations for improving the norms of the criminal law related to the circumstances excluding the criminality of the act are also given.
