Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of legal regulation and institutional development of the electronic government system in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The analysis of legislative acts preceding the creation of electronic government in Uzbekistan is discussed and defined, as well as the analysis of the current law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Electronic Government", the ways of its improvement are revealed.
