Abstract
this article is dedicated to exploring the role of speech culture in the
professional development of teachers. It examines the importance of a teacher’s
speech competence as a tool for effective teaching, upbringing, and the establishment
of authority within the educational environment. Special attention is given to the
connection between speech culture and educational reforms in the Republic of
Uzbekistan, including state initiatives aimed at improving teacher qualifications and
preserving the purity of the state language.
