Abstract
By experimental studies, potassium orotate was used in chronic poisoning of animals with cypermethrin pesticide and for prevention of intoxication. The studies confirmed the probability of changes in some indices of carbohydrate energy, protein and nucleic acid metabolism, enzyme spectrum and oxidative
phosphorylation during intoxication with cypermethrin pesticide. To prevent intoxication with cypermethrin pesticide and to correct metabolic processes,
neutralise toxic properties of the pesticide, potassium orotate was used, which forms a complex of the compound «cypermethrin + potassium orotate»
